Sue them for what? Unfortunately, Youtube is private property. A content creator has no rights on the platform since the "partnership" is a partnership in name only.

@prunabluepepper It doesn't matter if the earnings are in the range of a salary because the earnings are not legally recognized as salary. There is no contract of employment involved, so content creators have no legal case.

@prunabluepepper There are laws that regulate how ToS works. But as far as being "entitled" to ad revenue goes, it's a dead end. Content creators have no contract of employment on youtube. Getting monetised is not a protected right, nor does the ToS allow for it to be. It's a privilige which youtube can legally revoke for any reason.
