  2. Military History Visualized: Thank you for the reply! I don't really speak much german, but I've read lyric translations and I can agree that their lyrics are a bit "tame" by metal standards, although they are more subtle too, relying much on euphemism and even poetry a bit more than many other metal bands. Now since Sweden was brought up, are you any familiar with a Swedish metal band called Raubtier? I have to say I like them more than Rammstein, even though Raubtier is very inspired by Rammstein. Raubtiers lyrics are a bit more direct and "darker". They even have a couple of songs in tribute of tanks (like Achtung Panzer and Pansarmarsch). I guess if I was to describe their theme and sound, they're like a combination of Sabaton and Rammstein. Check them out if you get the opportunity! :)
