  1. You should watch some of the vintage instructional videos from the early 1900's using mock-ups. A big problem with modern instructional videos is that they use a lot of flashy fast moving 3D images which end up confusing the viewer, something that the vintage videos are much better at counteracting. I learned a lot of how various firearms function from those videos. And also about transmission and differentials in vehicles.
