  1. An older and out of his element spy operative has been done pretty well in the video game Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. Technically, Snake was showing signs of rapid aging due to progeria like symptoms on account of him being a clone rather than having been conceived the natural way, but the depiction of Snake in it was done really well, if albeit the game had way too long cut-scenes.

  2. Turning Blofeld into James Bond's brother... So the idiots who made Spectre, unironically stole an idea from Austin Powers (a PARODY franchise of the Bond films) and the decided to use it in an actual Bond film. I don't know about you but, it's probably a bad idea to take notes from intentional parodies of your franchise for your writing? 🤔

  3. Pierce Brosnan himself was great. And Goldeneye was awesome. The problem for me was that most of the films didn't seem to know where they were going.
