I'm not a man of colour. And I'd like them to make more stuff on Netflix about african historical figures of colour. Not really because I care all that much about inclusivity or representation but simply because it would be new and fresh to me. I daresay a lot of people would feel the same way.

@RS-ls7mm So? Most historical figures of European history would be considered evil by today's standards too, because they also owned slaves, executed people, burned down cities and had civilians killed and so on.

@LuvThyMind29 Well we don't need go further than this video where Drinker presents a painting of her. Aside from that, the Ptolemaic dynasty is well researched and documented so you can easily trace the lineage of that family too.

@LuvThyMind29 If her greek father had a black mistress, the child would not be considered legitimate and would definitely not inherit royal title. The House of Ptolemy was also quite prolific for their inbreeding by marrying not only first cousins but even siblings. There are several examples of this within royal houses in different parts of the world throughout history.
