I wanted the white walkers to basically swarm all over Westeros with impunity and all the living factions get backed against a wall in King's Landing, forced to set aside their personal squabbles to desperately fend off this massive existential threat to all of them. And then also start backstabbing eachother throughout the war as we know they'd do. Would be far more interesting than "random Arya appears and yeet the entire horde of the dead with a lucky strike" EDIT: heh, looks like your fix is very similar to what I wanted to see. Wrote the post before watching it all. Fuck game of thrones. Such a massive disappointment.
