  1. Honestly, Japanese people have massive communication problems in general. The entire culture is steeped in it. The path to a happy relationship requires open and honest communication. But good luck trying to get a Japanese person to open up about their true feelings and wants.

  2. That woman is wrong about biology. Men and women have different reproductive strategies. Men produce millions of sperm cells every day, women do not produce millions of eggs but a limited number throughout their lifetime. Pregnancy is also a vulnerable state for women. So the female reproductive strategy is concerned with careful sexual selection and trying to make sure that a father sticks around and supports her during pregnancy. A man on the other hand could reproduce very effectively by sleeping around with as many women as possible, while not investing himself or his resources with any of the offspring.
