I really feel for this girl. She knows she has access to a sizeable portion of money thanks to everyone who generously donated. But at the same time, she want's to do "right" by everyone who donated, and so stays frugal with the funds. It must feel like a great responsibility. It's sad that it doesn't fix the situation right away, but at the same time it is a good sign that she takes this generosity of strangers very seriously. I wish I could "coach" her on a regular basis. Help her with paperwork and all that. It comes easy to people without these mental disorders but can be really challenging for someone in her situation to do it alone. :(

You're a good man Nobita-San, as is everyone who donated to help this woman. It's very sad that she haven't been able to arrange some accomodations yet. But these donations have NOT been in vain. Mental health problems take time to adress and will be a struggle for her. It's important to be supportive of her efforts right now. Going to the clinic for counseling is a huge step in the right direction.

Nobita-san, you're talking to her in a very constructive manner. Reinforcing the point that she shouldn't feel pressured. It really goes a long way with people struggling with manic depression and ADHD.

Yeah, or make up a "bogus" employment. Maybe Nobita could "hire" her as an assistant or reporter. She has donation money for the time being, so he probably wouldn't have to pay her in reality. In many cases like this, landlords are happy as long as everything looks good on paper. And for her sake, she'll probably be in a better position to get and hold down an actual job when she has a place to live.

Maybe she would have better success with a remote job. And since the Covid pandemic, a lot of countries have warmed up more and more to people working from home.

@fistandantalasmajere1671 What an ignorant and illogical remark. If she was such a successful con artist, she wouldn't be living on the streets.
