  1. Smart companies don't attempt to shut down indepdendent creators from using parts of their IP to make high selling products. If you see someone making dolls based on your IP, just send them an email saying that technically it's a violation of their copyright, but that you're willing to let them keep on doing it for a small cut of the profits. Everybody wins.
