  1. The principles in Starcraft are all right. What I hate about it is the micromanaging and the fast game speed. In real warfare you don't micromanage individual soldiers or tanks. You delegate instructions and let them deal with the problem.

  2. On the one hand, you want competitive people in your armed forces to make sure you have people with drive and who can push themselves in extreme situations rather than freezing or quitting. On the other hand, more competitive people means more competition, animosity and prestige between different branches of armed forces.
