  1. More law abiding citizens needs to be armed and ready to shoot back during a terrorist attack. Mandatory courses in school would be a good way to start. There is a clear statistical correlation between being exposed to and taught how to handle firearms by a legal gun owner at an early age and not going on shooting sprees or even involving oneself in violent gun crimes whatsoever. The vastly overrepresented criminals using guns are inner city dwellers, especially in states and cities where gun control and gun bans are the most widespread. People living in rural areas and usually taught to shoot at an early age on the other hand are statistically underrepresented in gun crimes. The evidence is clear, teach children responsible gun usage and sports shooting, and they likely grow up to not become violent criminals. More bans and more gun regulations will just increase the areas with heavy gun violence.
