  1. RM and PJW: You're never going to get any competitors to youtube unless you start moving your audience away from youtube and into a different platform. How do you expect rivals to youtube to generate more views when they don't have nearly as many big, active content creators that youtube does? Youtube did not spring up overnight. In the beginning, anyone could broadcast almost anything through youtube. And youtube had to stew this way for years before becoming as big as it is right now. Google didn't build youtube into a giant community, they simply bought the rights for the giant community in one single business deal.
