  3.  @PoseidonOilRig  Yeah. It's not like Frank Fontaine played fairly, so Ryan was pretty based for cracking down hard on him and his cronies. But at the same time, you can't argue that Ryan stuck by to libertarian principles when he realized that power was slipping through his grasp. The cherry on top was when he even resorted to mind-control plasmids to control people of rapture to do his bidding.
