  1. Might be a controversial opinion of mine, but i'm not too keen on bullpup rifles. I get the reasoning behind them (keeping the weapon short and agile, while not sacrificing barrel length), but I find that when you have a long magazine that far back on the gun, it causes problems when you're trying to fire from a prone position, which you might sometimes have to do. Regular rifles do have magazines that stick out too of course, but I haven't found it to be nearly as awkward to use from a prone position since you can usually prop something up in front of you (a tree branch, a rock, a mound of dirt or whatever) in front of you to rest the front of the rifle on and thus give some ground clearance for the magazine. Just my two cents on bullpup rifles with long magazines. Feel free to disagree.
