  7. It's a great strategy to use against Portland. The Proud Boys would do great to hold their gatherings every single weekend in Portland and force the Mayors office and police to waste resources keeping the perimiter between them and antifa. It will put a burden on the local state budget and eventually leave the Mayor with less money for his own political reforms and agenda, and eventually be forced to crack down on antifa who are causing all the violence to begin with.

  14. It's actually a great strategy. Since the mayor has been exposed to cooperate with antifa, a terrorist group that violently oppresses people in Portland with different opinions to their own, then it is a great idea for the Proud Boys to show up and drain the citys resources. The mayors office will be forced to pay the bills for the increased police presence. Meaning he has less money avaliable to implement his own policies and reforms, making his voters less satisfied with his efforts and threatening his position as a mayoral candidate in future elections. The mayor has an easy way out of this: stop cooperating with antifa. Order the police to crack down on antifa and their violent tactics, and the Proud Boys will have no reason to show up and put a dent in his treasury. Or in other words: do your damn duty as a mayor, rather than acting like a socialist sympathizer all the time.
