Mace Windu from Star Wars, Jules from Pulp Fixtion, Zeus from Die Hard 3 I don't think there's much similarity at all between these characters but they're all played by Sam.

@chiarosuburekeni9325 None of those you mentioned are particularly incredible actors, or they actually do manage to play other people than themselves, but you just do not notice it. I can't say Tom Cruise is particularly incredible at all. His acting career is entirely based on first being a typical pretty boy (he got roles based on his looks rather than his ability) and due to being a reasonable well preserved pretty boy even as he's getting older, along with his power and influence in Hollywood.

@chiarosuburekeni9325 Imagine judging someones acting abilities based on mostly political "awards" granted by the Hollywood elites. 🤣 In case you missed it, neither the Golden Globe nor the Academy Awards enjoy much credibility in the world at large.

@chiarosuburekeni9325 The mark of a good actor is versatility. Showing that you can do many different roles which also differs from your real personality. If you're only playing yourself in every film or play, then you're not an actor.
