  1. If you make the argument that governments are necessary, since people rely on them, then you can't condemn a man like Victor Bout, when his actions are no different from the governments actions. "Legality" is a weak claim too, because even if Victors actions have been illegal. "Legality" is simply the rules laid down by the most powerful mafia groups in the world which they expecr weaker mafia groups to follow. Governments pass immoral laws all the time. Yet you don't argue for the deconstruction of the government.
