  5. we/they dont know basic civics. disgraceful. its amazing. I went to Independence Hall some years ago. The tour guide asked who wrote the Declaration of Independence? Crickets. History isnt my thing, BUT I put my head down and answered. There were Japanese people there. How embarrassing.
