  29. Intel has a huge building in Chandler & is building another chip factory. Lots of commercial buildings built in Chandler. Mr Cooper. GM Financial, CVS, Voya, Financial companies. Check it out. they are all on 1 street

  33. I left Orange County late 2013. The only thing I miss is the weather. Dont come to Phoenix. Yeah, it can go to 115-120 degrees. it also goes down to 30 starting November/December thru mid February. $107 electric bill, only 6 weeks in the spring & 6 weeks oct & nov of pleasant weather

I am going back east this summer & Im not going into NYC even though I have plenty I could do there. SAD.   38. Wonder if it is different in the retirement community outside of Phoenix. A unit 5 doors down just sold for 50% more than what I paid 2 years ago. Down the street- same unit about 80% more that I paid 2 years ago. similar finishes as mine closed within 30 days.
