  2. Intel has a huge building in Chandler & is building another chip factory. Lots of commercial buildings built in Chandler. Mr Cooper. GM Financial, CVS, Voya, Financial companies. Check it out. they are all on 1 street

  4. I live in Sun City over 55 community in Maricopa County. My home value went up 50% in the 2 years I have owned it. Looking to go to Gulf Coast of Florida. Freezing cold in the winter & $100 electric bills most months.

  5. I have a friend that lives there. Crazy construction of roads highways & houses. 25 feet apart, not much solar and water crisis coming. traffic is bad now and they are 10 miles off the freeway. Everyone on her street (built 3 years ago) sold & moved out of state.

  8. water is an issue. The termed out governor thinks he is going to desalinate water from the Pacific Ocean. Arizona isnt on the coast. My AC is on non stop from April 1 through October $107+ per month
