  1. @Bonnie Robinson water correct. I bought my condo 18 months ago and prices went up 40%. They announced an issue with water for farmers, meanwhile they are building houses like crazy. I am out sometime next year. It gets down to 30 degrees in winter & 115 degrees every day for months. My electric bill is $105 a month with the best plan.
