  2. NJ has the highest property tax rate in the country. I dont know if it is still true, but NJ was the most populated state PER SQUARE MILE.

  6.  @nickm4662  yup they are here in Sun City which is 100% over 55. The other cities mentioned are not. Houses were hot here this year & I bet a lot will go up for sale Jan-March, as usual.

  9. facts are facts. You are more than welcome to stay where you are, or move. I have been planning on moving anyway-not having to do with all this covid stuff. It is just helpful to my planning to what city/county & when. Covid certainly put a monkey wrench in my plan.

  14. it gets down to 30 degrees at night from December to 2/14. Heat is on. From April thru Sept/Oct over 100 degrees. Ac is on 24/7. We have maybe 6 weeks of pleasant weather in spring just in time for spring training baseball & Oct/Nov 6 weeks. Now you know what no one told me. Oh yeah my electric bill is $107 a month. I live alone. 900 square feet. Forewarned.
