  1. i did mortgage servicing for 5 years. one of my tasks was to call people with HELOC & advise them 10 years is coming up & NOW they start paying on principle, whereas before they were paying interest only & their payment will increase. i got told all kinds of things & called names. it isnt my fault they used that $$ to go to Hawaii. karma

  4. you are hearing "refi later" bc they want the sale & commission. another lie is 'its a good time to buy' only if u can afford the high payments now. i saw on u tubers site where she does "finances", she was SHOCKED they are including property taxes, haz & hoa in the qualification number
