  2. The mask is a huge selling point for the doom narrative. The teaching unions, along with transport workers unions and others, have been the main source of pressure on our 'leaders', repeatedly to re-impose restrictions. It's easy to understand: they are socialists and any measure that helps to keep a capitalist economy and society hamstrung, is one that must be kept in place for as long as possible.
