Let's analyse this 'offer' France is being asked to keep thousands of people within its borders and at its expense, who don't want to be there. They want access to the free stuff that the UK has on offer - free housing, free food and clothing, free medical care and free education. As long as the UK keeps this offer in place, the demand will not stop. 'Build it and they will come' Why would the people of France want to help the UK when it refuses to help itself?
