Said this so many times now and I'll still be saying it when the last small/medium business has gone to the wall: as long as there is a sub-group on SAGE whose job it is to 'change behaviours'; and as long as that sub-group is infested with communists, then the behaviour change they aim for is from capitalism and free-enterprise to collectivist, centrally-controlled, planned economics, overseen by ruthless authoritarianism - in short, communism. Your choice.
