  1. "...I mean, nobody physically is affected by global mean temperature, but they are affected by extremes of weather." Yet the world's media are totally driven by their seeming conviction that the one is the other. They jump immediately to the conclusion that every flood, drought, hurricane and ice-blast, is being brought to us by the 'global crisis' brought about by human activity.
