  1. Just remember how the UK authorities have played this lockdown so far: lockdown for three weeks; there's your first lie. Then a series of releases followed by re-lockdown. That old trick to wear down a prisoner: hope/hope dashed followed by hope/hope dashed. Classic psychological abuse. They are in this until they have reduced the economy to tatters and consigned the workforce to utter penury, ripe for slavery and unquestioning duty. Anyone who is hoping for a happy ending to this is in for disappointment.
