The Green Strategy and its 'sustainable development', are part of an effort which is based on the idea that the economies of the West must drastically and radically cut their dependence on fossil fuels to cut carbon emissions. Allied to this is the increasing focus on our natural environment; on the ecology and the need to preserve wildlife. Meanwhile, China ramps up its coal-fired wattage by the week, sends out for more rhino horn; and the MSM just keep on bleating the same paid-for song.
