@stockvaluedotcom What you refer to is merely the rise in prices which is a consequence of inflation. Inflation is the expansion of money supply, such as we are now witnessing in its extreme form in the US economy. With every new dollar which is loaded into the system, every existing dollar is made weaker - diluted, so to speak, in its ability to purchase. Quite how this practice has come to be termed 'stimulus' is bemusing.
