  2.  @BasementEngineer  In part I would agree with you - the point of my comment was to question why the account given in this video does not cover the basics of how currencies are habitually 'diluted' in strength by those who control the spigot. Btw, there is actually more to QE than just the creation of currency with no commensurate production. The originator of the term 'QE', Professor Richard Werner, argues at length that this is just the start - crucial to its successful deployment is the strict channeling into exclusively productive areas. It is this further stage that has not been followed in our recent debacles.
