  4.  @davidhodgson4685  Again, my observation is that Italy had the most stringent of lockdowns earlier this year and now they find themselves still pondering further measures. Lockdown does not end viral infections, it merely kicks the can down the road. Meanwhile the whole of society is torn apart - the economies destroyed.
