  1. Honestly, that opening question sets the virtue-signalling tone. Are you seriously contending that there are people - and we are to term these people 'right wing' - who insist that children should not be fed? Name one such person. Not for the first time here, you speak emotively of 'child poverty' . There is poverty and it should be dealt with responsibly and pragmatically. Please stop posturing and start dealing in real-world terms.
