Let me get this right: Neocons in the US, used Ukraine as a proxy force to wage war - on their behalf, at their direction and supplying weaponry - against Russia. After three years of bloody fighting, the Ukrainians are almost spent. The Russian advances accelerate daily. At this point, the US and Ukrainian officials hold a meeting and come to some kind of agreement. This is a dilemma for the Kremlin, how?
