The Spectator is clever in that it provides the occasional contrarian viewpoint to the 'death is all around us' mask-cult; but makes sure it is immersed in a constant brew of the pro SAGE, pro Imperial, pro government beverage that is keeping the nation stupefied while the job gets done.
