The Nobel Peace Prize is a worthless political gesture but it would be so good to see it awarded to Trump, just to know that so many like this man are under the duvet, tearfully biting their fist. The Orange Man Bad syndrome can be sensed in Mr Heilbrunn's first sentence. That's fair enough. What's not acceptable is his weasel-like subversion of the facts. The energy infrastructure agreement has not been infracted. To conflate the ongoing aerial attacks on other targets is simply deceitful. Beyond that, his trotting-out of so many ill-founded clichés is pitiful. His observation that Trump is discovering the difficulty of attaining peace in Ukraine and the Middle East, he offers as though it were a revelation. Trump has inherited these dreadful situations that have been built and kept in place for years by the determined autism of the Biden troupe. It was always going to be incredibly difficult; yet instead of welcoming the first attempts to address the problems, Heilbrunn just wants to bathe in his hatred. Close viewing shows him literally trembling with rage. He is a dithering litany of malice and irresponsible spite. He lauds the Kursk adventure that has gained nothing and cost an estimated 60,000+ Ukrainian casualties. He speaks of the 'Putin boast' of a three day victory of which Putin never spoke, nor did anyone of his staff - it was a Mark Milley quip that's been wrongly attributed in thousands of lame accounts. So much more to say about this baleful man with his unbalanced ideas, but lengthy comments are off-putting. Suffice to say that Freddy Gray did well in diplomatically scotching some of Heilbrunn's scattier attempts to queer the pitch.

@edwardburroughs1489 If conducting an interview with a head of state is peddling propaganda, you're in a dark, dark hole.
