There are still way too many small/medium businesses whose proprietors still fancy their chances of returning to trading and to making money. Until they are cured of their hideous traits of free enterprise and self-determination, there can be no lifting of lockdown. Or, translated into SAGEspeak: 'until we have a zero infection rate, we can not think of lifting lockdown'.

@anthonyhughes2402 Well, exactly. As in, why would an advisory body comprised at least in part by communists, not be inclined to err on the side which prohibits the freedom of free traders to trade?
