The economies and the societies of the whole of the Western world have been shut down for over a year - businesses have been destroyed, some never to return; homes have been lost, careers terminated. Lives have been lost to suicide and relationships have been torn apart. All of this due to criminal lockdowns that are ineffective and ongoing. So why were there now impassioned speeches demanding a return to the normality of people going to work and earning money. Why are those in the acting profession so conspicuously absent from any protest against lockdown?
