  4. So Lord Ismay had it all wrong then: NATO was not devised to "Keep the Americans in, the Russians out and the Germans down"? And Putin never asked to join NATO? And NATO never promised to not move one inch further east? And the UK/US pact has no intention of dismantling the Russian Federation and imposing regime change; thereafter allowing Blackrock et al, to help themselves to the resources within the Russian land mass; further using all its amplified strength to turn on another 'threat' further east? And the Chinese are taken to be not smart enough to see the direction of all this?
