The extreme Russophobia we are witnessing was first hatched in Britain in the early 19th century. It has remained and is now very deep-seated. The globalists who have enjoyed hegemony since the break-up of the Soviet Union are the bankers whose operations are based in London and in New York. They are British and they are Americans only to the extent that they can use those national entities as vehicles by which they can enact their directives - they themselves are 'above' national allegiance. This UK/US pact has had things its own way for a long time. It is now meeting its match and it does not like it.
