  1. Until such time is reached whereby small/medium businesses cannot survive their tapering, they will not taper. As soon as we reach the stage at which the consequences of tapering will kill off that whole sector, they will taper. Right now, they are the hawk which has its prey in its clutches and is sat patiently looking down occasionally to see how much energy is left. Kill time soon.
