Because this whole episode has been planned so as to take down the small and medium business sector. Why? To put their former workforce into state-dependency; to eradicate in the national psyche, all notion of self-reliance and enterprise. Why? Because the toxic blend of globalist technocrats with communists have judged the time right to 'Build Back Better'.
