We're not hearing from two of the people I know to have been broken by lockdown. We won't ever hear another thing from them because they are both dead now, suicides both. One, a woman just 30 years old and the other a bloke, early forties. For what?

And still, with all their concerns and the anguish they voice, these two men are not prepared to show their rejection of all this treachery, by the simple act of walking in to buy a loaf of bread without wearing a face mask. I do this most days.

@mariarossi6719 Maria, no. Please stay strong and seek help if you need it. I have always sneered at counselling but I was helped by someone earlier this year when I was extremely low. The lockdown is now actually worse but I'm handling it.
