  1. Something about this 'being President' that he's not quite got to grips with. He reads eloquently and accurately and he doesn't take it upon himself to depart from his script in an attempt to blarney the listeners; nor does he start a sentence, hesitate for a long time, then continue speaking about something unrelated to his first utterance. He has yet to fall up a flight of stairs or sniff a young woman's hair. Someone help him out here please?
