You need to go further in your discussion, by questioning the use of the term 'vaccine' to describe the mRNA injections. They do not work in the way that true vaccines do. Yes, they are injected in the upper arm - from that point, their mode of operation is different. By granting them the term, they are given a pass into people's acceptance using the following logic: "I have had vaccines before and they are proven to be beneficial and harmless; therefore this new treatment must be in that same category." They are a new category of treatment and are even now, still at the experimental stage.
