Thank you very much for providing the information you have; and in distilling it into a form that the layman such as I can take on board. This one is particularly enlightening. It does rather appear as though we have a stratum of people at 'the top' of the economic and industrial spheres, who, some at least, are genuinely doing their level best to make things work again. What's becoming apparent in my view, is that these people are not ultimately in charge - that they are struggling against a very strong negative current which originates from a higher plateau. Alarm bells sound to my ear when I hear those words from the World Bank, given in the clip starting around 15:15. They're trotting-out that now familiar jargon that signals an intent not altogether convincing of their goodwill.
