The development of that new Facebook building does not detract from your case; it actually bolsters it. The very largest companies are doing what they can: scooping up commercial space at the discounted prices they knew would come about if only they could find a way of strangling the smaller concerns to death. This is what the lockdowns were all about, and the people roaming around still wearing the international badge of relentless doom across their faces, are all accomplices to this.
