  2. An election in the middle of a war....really? Security conditions would not allow for an democratic election and the safety of millions voters. What about the 100,000s men and women fighting for their freedom, deny them the right to vote? Even Russia knows an election during an aggressive and illegal invasion is not possible. He will be president until the end of the war....he needs guns, not a lift. Zeleneskyy is helping save his country. Even Churchill stayed in power during WW2 and Roosevelt only allowed elections in 1944, when a victory was a forgone conclusion.
