People hate Russia not because war is bad (if it was so, then people would hate not only Russia), they hate Russians because they are "enemies", you know? Unfortunately, it doesn't matter how many people the country has killed – everyone will maintain good relations with you if it is profitable. Just deal with the problems in your country, instead of hating others. Propaganda incites hatred between people and it isn't right.
