This is going to end in tears - when the law of the land adheres for the criminal at the expense of the abiding, to what purpose is there to abide by the law? Either make it so the law is worth following, or drop it entirely.

@Tas17.4 A ruse from the start - Leave was never meant to win. People were supposed to behave, obey, listen to the 'experts' and vote Remain. Behold the shambles - not because of the leaving, but the deliberate sabatage of the establishment as a punishment for our disobedience.

@Richard482 😂 What absolute rubbish! A solar panel: at best with the highest grade material is only at its most efficency after 20 or so years - it's lifespan expiring after 25 so you're getting barely a few years out of it. And spoiler alert - you can't just recycle the material and dumping it isn't an option for all the climatically paranoid; given the toxic chemicals used to generate the charge. A charge for which in the UK average day isn't going to be much - it'd take filling the Sahara to adequately power just a single country and then there's the maintenance and repair costs with all the sandstorms that region has. Wind turbines? Require wind and no one can control or predict it - the amass of energy to maintain each one supercedes any delusion as to what each could dream to generate in their equally short life time. And you STILL haven't answered the question of HOW they're going to be manufactured in the first place. Wake up: the idea of "No carbon" is just a dream. The ideal is that the UK alone will generate 70 billion in revenue, reality is its going to cost almost half a trillion to maintain it - for the reduction of barely a percentage and you think that worth it? Pathetic! You're being duped with a lie for nothing short of the power grab of a select few. Zero carbon basically translates to population reduction.

Granted they now have someone who'd input Sharia Law tomorrow if he could, as their FM. Though knowing Scots as I do: having family there and being descended from Scots myself - any call to ban alcohol and pork would immediately be an incitement to riot.
13
Sigh two simple words: NO. DEAL.
13
@angelsackson I'm speaking as the descendant of a woman who's family were killed in that same ordeal a few years after she emigrated to the UK - I find your remark to be atypical of a misguided cynic. Her argument is well founded if nothing else.
12
@Pandermoanium As they say - history is written by its winners... and we've basically surrendered before the next fight even begins.
12
@trevormannsfield Quite a few in London and that was over an incident in the states. Now are you going to drop the moral posturing or continue to make a fool of yourself? The ONLY reason you're complaining is because WE'RE doing it.
12
@HypocrisyLaidBare and when the armed police come to defend them? Sometimes force is the ONLY solution - it's certainly the only language they understand.
12
😧 And bleeding hearts wonder just WHY we don't want them here... and why Blair imposed "Political Correctness"
11
Yet nothing is said about the rights and wellbeing of those dependant on those railways to commute to work - which they need to maintain their own lives and support their families. One fella I read about had to depend on six taxis a week with the last strike; which was costing him pretty much his whole wage - it wasn't even worth going in! So for all this talk about "workers rights" I say, hypocrites!
11
@randomuser4201 I've got your answer right here - put them back on a ferry to France under armed guard. The ferries go over daily anyway so no harm no foul. Simple really
11
Wow... they managed to send one... now how bout the millions more...
11
Be grateful for that. The fact you didn't vote means you haven't surrendered to the status quo.
10
Doesn't take much. Much like the towers in NY - it was allowed deliberately.
10
@sillypuppy5940 Only in so much as people acknowledge his position. Take away their acknowledgement and he becomes about as powerful as a mute man can scream.
10
"Maybe it's satirical" he says, as if he completely missed out the earlier point about how had it been directed at anyone else; there'd be fury. At this point I'm under the impression that they're DELIBERATELY trying to piss us off.
10
He certainly didn't help - but he's not the direct cause. It was happening before he came along and it's continued after.
10
Because he's doing what he's told to~ Just like they all are...
10
Hardly, they'll end up towing the line also.
10
Let them have their independence - they'll be back crying to change their mind within the month.
10
The NHS has ALWAYS been in a terrible state. Always has since day one - certainly doesn't help with the fact we keep having to exhaust resources with continuous additions with the number of illegals.
10
@N-GaugeTheTrains And somebody finally sees it...
10
He's the puppet of those who are.
9
You could have put it far simpler - parents should be more responsible.
9
It's part of football culture; it's what they do ffs.
9
And yet people will vote anyway. This is something that would happen regardless of who gets in.
9
And they'd justify it as terrorist action and use it to impose martial law. Bear in mind this is probably what they're trying to provoke.
9
"Take away a people's lineage and they're easily persuaded"
9
@alanbone5512 You clearly don't get it. You vote, you give your consent to whoever wins - whether they be who you voted or not, to act as they see fit on "your behalf" thus it is the voter who has no right remark or complain because how else did they get in, in the first place?
9
You call someone who doesn't work outside of waving her hand, making speeches she never wrote an "asset" Might be powerful on whatever world you live on. However I live on earth and here we find asset in those who bust their chops for a living.
9
When will you learn no one in their right mind gives a damn.
9
@trevormannsfield Tell that to the three kids who lost their lives, tell that to the brave souls who defended and prevented others from joining suit. A protest against the git gets called all sorts... yet absolutely nothing about Leeds was mentioned... wonder why.
9
If you can't mix oil and water, how can you get two cultures of different viewpoints to mix well, especially when they conflict? Answer is you dont; one submits to the other one way or the other. This is dominion and it's been allowed for a purpose a purpose of which will betray both sides, both theirs and our own.
9
@aaronjamesmoore757 both. One to protect my body the other to help me save my soul
9
You see it.
9
As if; they speak only what people want to hear. The moment they got in, they'd immediately tow the establishment line and do as they're told.
9
Borrowed debt to try and pay back with debt... the latter can not be done.
9
Put in short - the last 20 years were a serious waste of time. About the only ones thriving were the arms dealers.
9
@ickster23 "The state calls it's own violence law, but the violence of the individual, crime."
9
Until he's either forced to or replaced with another puppet who will. People always think the best man will do the job... never thinking for a moment what they themselves will do.
9
She got most points right - save one. It's not public owned, it's state owned - there is a difference between the two and unfortunately state and public are incorrectly interwoven as one and the same. The rest however - he's just talking out of his arse.
9
@GalinaStamova Well clearly you need to do yourself a favour, and follow your own advice... You otherwise could accept being offended doesnt enable you to deny others being to speak in a way that does. In which case your original argument is null and void.
9
There isn't a third party that wouldn't act in the same way - establishment will not allow a defector government to act against their interest.
8
They're not heroes; heroes don't get paid to do their deeds. These people do it for a living.
8
@subuntu In thinking it would happen? Sure, because too many are deluded into thinking the vote makes a difference. In actually thinking about it, absolutely not - he's right on the money.
8
@cathynewyork7918 So you essentially point out the obvious: people don't want to get their hands dirty. They don't want to give up the easy life and have to accept accountability and responsibility for themselves. The sad thing is - the status quo is counting on it.
8
But that's what their masters want.
8
I stand with Israel and those hundreds of thousands this nation let in blindly can do what they want to me - that fact will not change.
8
Push foward towards Republic... I like how you think...
